I think you're right Dave - it is a different team with different strengths and weaknesses and there's no reason after some of the recent results that Grayson shouldn't consider playing 4-5-1. We can see whether it suits this team and whether we will prosper playing it home and away. Personally I think if you build a 4-5-1 formation with Becchio as the lone striker then you may have some good results but ultimately you will come 7th but let's hope I'm wrong.

That is not to say that I think we should play 4 5 1 at home or indeed for every away game (our away record this season has been outstanding with the 4 4 2 prior to last night) Howson, one of our better players seems to be the one who benefits most from the 4 5 1 formation - on the radio he totally ran the game last night.
