Ok, I should have said "Or in the world famous Premier League as soon as humanly possible..."
Howson was in the U21 squad, he clearly thinks if he is in the premier league then he has a chance of the full squad. Paul, if he was playing for Leicester, who most definitely are overstretching themselves in an attempt to buy premier league football, he would still not sign a new contract and want to sign for a premier league team (who don't look like coming down this season). This has nothing to do with Leeds, its owners, its manager, its fans or its league position. It is simply down to Howson deciding that he will only play in the premier league next season and not signing a contract which might jeopardise that. The Clayton contract negotiations are of more interest to me. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Paul Cundell Sent: 20 January 2012 16:50 To: 'Leeds List' Subject: Re: [LU] Midfielder upgrade part 2 > > Or in the world famous Premier League? > And so we come full circle, these are young men whose own personal ambitions are not matched by the owner of Leeds United. One can only imagine why that would be but hey In Ken We Trust, eh? _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate
