In case you hadn't noticed we aren't challenging for promotion, we are
barely challenging for the play offs.

If the rental is an issue why didn't Ken take out a mortgage and buy the
properties?
I'm sure a mortgage would be cheaper than the current rental, freeing up
cash flow to spend on players - win,win!
