I have a feeling it's a six-game ban for spitting. And apparently, because the
Hull game has been moved, that would mean that Saiz misses the game against

Seems to be that the red card was for spitting (a disgusting habit) - makes me
wonder if Brown had a point when he accused him of doing that v Port Vale ?
Even if he was not guilty against Vale it shows a massive character flaw to not
have learned from that accusation that spitting is hated in this country !
So now our best player is out for 3 games, something we cannot afford.
As for the result it is just one of many from Colchester and Sunderland under
Revie to Cardiff under O'Leary and more recently Histon and Sutton (plus lots
of others Oxford etc)
I have no idea what effect it will have, lets face it the best giant killing in
our favour (scum) did not do us any good either !
Getting knocked out of the Cup is neither here nor there on its own -eevn
though I am sat here with a face like thunder- but it does leave a nasty taste
when you go out to a team so many places below us and following such a poor
performance and team selection. It is not enough, not anywhere near, to lead to
the sacking of TC BUT it does lose him a lot of goodwill and will add to the
pressure on him if things go badly in the league again
