Hello Michael,

Having read all the msgs for this thread, there is one thing that I have not 
heard mentioned and tried.

When you uninstall Legacy, have you also deleted any orphan directories that 
may still reside on the computer after the uninstall. If you have a rogue file 
still on the system that is causing the hiccup for the backup, and you do not 
delete the orphan directories, when you reinstall Legacy, you will keep having 
the same problem.
