Legacy 7 - standard or de-lux? Which Reports - all, or specifically which? Can you create Charts? What procedure do you use, in detail, and at what stage does it freeze? Is there and error messge - if so what does it say? Please try and help with a detailed step by step example of what you do until the problem arises.
