I have the latest build on my Legacy 7 deluxe.

I go to reports>all reports > file Id.  pdf create name file and save.  The
report starts up but goes nowhere.  I have to use task manager to close program.

I have tried all of the suggestions from the error page on the website.  I run
check repair.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted all .usr files and
reset defaults.

There are no error messages.

Craig,

There is far too little information to help you.

Legacy 7 - standard or de-lux?
Which Reports - all, or specifically which? Can you create Charts?
What procedure do you use, in detail, and at what stage does it freeze?
Is there and error messge - if so what does it say?

Please try and help with a detailed step by step example of what you do
until the problem arises.

Ron Ferguson

I have 2 computers with Legacy on them.  One is Vista the other Windows 7..
Whenever I try to create reports my program freezes on both.  I have created
them on my Vista machine before, but I cannot do them now.

I have 7.0.0.109 build.  This problem started months.  I have been unable to
find the solution in the archives.
