I'm going with the assumption it's just me, but I still have a few
questions about data entry in Legacy I hope to get a better
understanding on. It just doesn't make sense to me how some things
seem to be working. (FWIW, I'm using 7.4)

First, I've added photos to the birth, burial, and marriage events
(what are these --- super-events?), but those photos will not show in
reports. The only photos I can get to show are ones added to events
(these being different in that you use the Add Event button). Why?
The intuitive thing to me was to add them to the super-event. Do I
have to do double entry and add the info to both the super-event and a
add-event-event?

Is there any way to copy and paste an event? The scenario is I have
an obit and it might say there were sons John, Bill, and Ted all of
Washington D.C. I've entered this as a Residence Event for each child
at the individual level. Later I learn that Bill and Ted were
married, add wives to my database, and would like to move the
Residence Event to the marriage instead of duplicating the same event
on the wives. This sort of scenario seems to be happening to me a
lot. I'm going through my documents one at a time, and entering the
facts as I find them. I then need to rearrange as marriage(s) and
other facts come into my database. A copy and paste here would be
extremely helpful. Is there a way to do this?

Along with the individual vs group event, do you have any tips for
this? Say for a census record listing husband, wife, and several
children would you give the husband and wife's marriage one residence
event and one to each child, or just one to the marriage for the
entire family. I'd especially be interested in the reasons why you'd
do it your way - makes reports read better because...; Joe's book says
it's proper form because...; etc. etc. etc.

Thanks
