With the Edit Event screen open, click on the "copy" icon on the right of the screen. Go to another Individual or Marriage and open a new Event. Click on the "paste" icon and the full details of the Event *and* any Source(s) you attached will be copied. BUT ... the Event Clipboard does not hold everything but only a link to the copied Event, so if you want to *move* and Event (as in moving from an Individual to a Marriage as you mentioned) you must do the Copy & Paste and then go back and delete the original. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
