That makes sense, and better than super events for sure.

And, what do you know, the event clipboard is right there like you
said. I know why I missed it though, I was trying to copy off the
event list like I can on the source list, and there is no option to do
so there. All is well with this issue now.

On the other hand, the problem with photos on the vital events is
worse than I thought. I was able to add a special photo event just so
I could get my photos to show up on the descendant narrative report
I've been working on, and though I hate how it reads, it is working.
Maybe I can come up with a cleaver event scheme for it so that I can
strip it out with regular expressions in an rtf document. That would
at least let me hack around the narrative report.

BUT, after adding these special events, I've discovered that *some* of
the vital event photos are showing on other reports, in which case I
get duplicates!!! No regular expression can help me there I'm pretty
sure. The FGS report, for one, is showing both birth and burial event
photos, but not marriage. Given this then, I take it that the SOP for
photos in vital events is to NOT USE THEM as they are unreliable in
how they are used (if at all) throughout the application.

Legacy, I'd rather on any given issue it suck all the way or not at
all. A mish-mash of suckieness is the hardest of all situations to
build hacks for. Have you never commented / committed to looking into
this issue? What say you? Can we ever expect this to be corrected???
