83 messages on this one topic alone. 53 messages until Brian asked for a screen shot that had already been posted to LUG (albeit against the rules).
When it was obvious no one could visualize the problem, and Support couldn't reproduce the problem, sending a screen shot became essential. When a problem is related what is seen on the screen, sending a screen shot as part of the bug report should be available. Many times bug reports we receive have already been reported and logged or aren't bugs at all, just something that can be readily fixed or the person doesn't understand a feature and no attachment is necessary. Or you can email us direct at [email protected]. Thanks for using Legacy. When many are reporting the same problem, it is probably time to file a "bug" report. A picture of the problem can be infinitely preferable. Include the option to have attachments on the "bug" report. Also, as the poster mentioned, it is confusing when you ask that we trim posts at the same time as telling us: "When replying to this message, please include all previous correspondence. Thanks."
