Many people post issues on LUG before sending a bug report. When many are reporting the same problem, it is probably time to file a "bug" report.
A picture of the problem can be infinitely preferable. Include the option to have attachments on the "bug" report. Also, as the poster mentioned, it is confusing when you ask that we trim posts at the same time as telling us: "When replying to this message, please include all previous correspondence. Thanks." At one time our email server did reject messages with attachments or HTML. The new server unfortunately doesn't do that. You can read the full list of guidelines on our website at http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp The main thing is to be courteous to other listers not only with words (be polite!) but with deeds (no attachments or HTML and trim your posts!) Thanks for using Legacy. Sherry Customer Support Millennia Corporation [email protected] http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com We are changing the world of genealogy! And they accepted it and did not reject it. I've not come across this limitation in other software forums, such as Serif. However I'm happy to conform to the rules here so won't do it again.
