Wait until someone in technical asks for a screen shot. If some helpful person (like Brian) asks for it he/she generally asks to send it 'private'. In an old problem I even sent (after request) my whole DB. If the person helping you needs that done, they will request whatever they feel needed. Rich in LA CA
