But it doesn't apply to General Notes, Research Notes, Cause of Death, and Medical Notes. I think it can be argued that this is a tad inconsistent. If I were designing it I probably would NOT have it apply to Event/Facts if I wasn't going to use it for the aforementioned fields also ... for the sake of consistency. But I think this discussion is fast becoming pointless because I don't think the programmers are going to change anything.
