I am presuming you mean that you have created a Report in PDF format and sent that to your relative, however you have not included your Sources in the Report. Assuming I have that right, and assuming you have entered your Sources (what you call "the notes ... where I got some records ...") using either Legacy's Basic Source or SourceWriter system, you simply need to choose Report Options and then the Sources tab and make sure you have ticked Print Source citations. There are other options for fine tuning how they will look. If you have not entered your "notes" into the Legacy Source system but have entered them in Notes (General or Research) then again you will need to choose Report Options and on the Include tab tick the relevant box under Notes. You mention pictures, but again you have not made it clear where you have attached these pictures and if you actually want to print them in the Report. If you have attached them to Sources you will probably not be able to print them large enough to be worthwhile. Perhaps you can give us a bit more detail and the pictures - where they are attached and are they photographs or scanned documents such as Certificates? If I have not understood your problem correctly, please try and explain a little more clearly. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
