In addition you could create web pages in a folder on your disk from Legacy and put the folder on a cd to circulate. I use the 'web page' on a cd approach with my family so all they need is a browser. You can also bung it on the web if you want to and let anyone read it. The advantage of using 'web pages' is that the names index etc is hyperlinked by Legacy automatically.
