1.  After installing Legacy the program will not accept my Customer number
so I can't get to the Deluxe edition.

2. I get a dialog box when I try to open the Family File that says:
Open Family File
To open this Legacy family file, it needs to be copied from the CD (or other
non-writeable media) to your hard drive. Legacy can do this if you would
like.
1)Select below where you would like to copy the file to.
2)Click on the "Copy and Open File" button to proceed.

The family file you are trying to open:
X:\Sample.fdb

Copy the family file to:
C:\LEGACY\Data\Pat\05 03 10-9.fdb Browse

Here I have no idea what to do so just click on Copy and Open File and the
program opens; however, I have to do this each time I open my file.  The
file is already copied to the program and is listed under File at the bottom
of the dialog box.

3. I am getting a dialog box when I try to back-up that says "Error opening
Backup user file. Would you like to try it again?" Clicking on "yes" or "no"
does nothing so I click on "Quit". Consequently, I can't back up.  I don't
want to use the File management as I can't back up before I use it.
