Martinets abound in all list groups. It is best to not acknowledge them as that merely provokes them and others. Just ignoring them is the best one can do. When someone's mind is already set, you will not change it, and the ensuing posts accomplish nothing. If inappropriate or nasty comments are made, they reflect on the sender. Leave stinky posts alone.
