Phil: It's a shame that anyone should miss out on the benefits of Legacy due to a few curt remarks on the LUG mailing list. There's a Legacy list at RootsWeb where the tone is a good deal softer and the rules are less stringent. The traffic is lighter so it's not as good a learning tool as this list, but questions can be posted without worrying about a sharp retort and the queries seem to be answered promptly. That list might be a good option for your wife.
