I too have encountered some folks who have been less than cordial, but there 
are too many who have helped me over the years to let that deter me.  Answering 
them only perpetuates the concept that when you get to arguing with a fool, it 
may become difficult to tell which is which.  Don't let a few grumpy ones keep 
you from using this wonderful research assistance, the good outweighs the bad.
