Leo & CE - Thank you for your helpful replies to my request for help. For this one person I did increase the font size so I could give the report to a person with vision problems. Then I changed the font size back to the default. It then was like all the others - plenty of room on the line, yet for this one person, it still is on two lines. I have done check repair, exited Legacy, turned the computer off, everything I could think to do and believe me it is in desperation that I asked for help as I knew whatever I wrote was not going to be acceptable to at least one reader. Any help you can give me is appreciated - Ann
