Ron, I am in your debt forever! I pressed the reset button and all is back as it should be.
The "Geek Squad" are the computer repair persons (need to be politically correct) that work at a chain of electronic stores. I was just sitting here hunched over my keyboard, dreading to make the trip. The Geek Squad is 180 miles round trip from here. I thought maybe I could impose on Ron to give me instructions on deleting the Indv.usr file and what might happen if I made a mistake.
