Ron - Just now I tried leaving the information in the Place field - Lake City, Wabasha County, Minnesota, USA and nothing in the Date field. It is then on one line. I tried adding 1921 and it is on one line. I tried Dec 1921 - it is on one line. I tried adding 18 (that is 18 Dec 1921) and it went to two lines. - Ann
