Ann, Has your "Geek Squad" sorted this? I agree with Mike, that it looks as though after your enlargement and reduction in font size the system did not revert back to normal. Before deleting the Indiv.usr file as suggested, I would see if using the Reset button on the bottom right of the Individual Report Screen resolves the problem.
