I presume that the one name you are seeing is the one that is top of the list - ie entered first. As there isn't an option to move items up and down the list (worth putting an enhancement request in for that) I think your only option is to do some editing to put your preferred name at the top. In other words, if list reads: Bloggs, Joe Smith, John Brown, Fred Presley, Elvis and you want Fred Brown as the one to appear, edit Joe Bloggs to read Fred Brown, then edit Fred Brown to read Joe Bloggs. That way, you only need to edit 2 names on each list. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
