Brian, I just checked and it appears that Alternate names (AKAs) are list alphabetically by surname, then given name in the Alternate Names screen and in reports. But I did note that when a person has two or more AKAs with given and surnames, the AKAs in the reports are listed with the first AKA being included in the order of surname, given name. Thereafter the subsequent AKAs are all in the order of given name surname. I will report this as a bug.
