Hi Thanks to all those who responded to this thread, trying to help me sort out the problem of random data loss from Source Details.
I contacted Legacy Technical Support on 3rd October, who acknowledged to say a substantive reply would follow. Today, 12th October, I received the following reply. "I would first try importing into a new Legacy file and see how it goes with the Source Details. If that doesn't fix it, then restore from a good backup copy" That's what I like - technical help! Of course the backup copies taken will have also copied the losses over an unknown period. It seems from other threads that other users are experiencing difficulties with the latest versions of the program. I wonder if complications due to SourceWriter are implicated?
