Hi all, I'm a newbie on this list so I suppose I should be lurking for a while, but I can't help commenting on Jerry's advice.
It was brilliant, as they say. It really makes sense to standardize data entry so that we're all saying things in the same format. Thanks Jerry, now I've probably got look over my source list and make some changes.
