I maintain that a Census Enumeration sheet is evidence of a certain event having taken place and it is also a Source for various pieces of information. The visit of the Enumarator and the filling-in of the forms was an Event, the document provides information relating to that Event - the address where it took place, the age of the people present at the time, and so on.
