As I said in my first post, I've never subscribed to them because they don't 
give you any idea of what records they have and there is no trial.  They've 
been around a little while and I had unsubscribed from their mailing list a 
couple of times now, but still get messages.

definitely think twice before signing up with them...if nothing else,
you might send them an email to clarify this so-called
"partnership"...or better yet send Legacy an email for clarification
