I remember World Vital Records.  They had some good records, but after a couple 
of years some of them disappeared and they were no longer useful to me.  They 
must have taken WVR over.

Every link of the page points to World Vital Records.  I have made a
suggestion to Millenia to post a list of legitimate "Partners" on their
web site.  That would at least enable us to quickly determine the
legitimacy of such emails.  We can only wait and hope that Millenia
speaks up on this.
