In my family file I have 17 death certificates all from Ancestry.com but I am confused how to cite them. They are all from North Carolina but some have the State Board of Health header and some have /NC Department/ of /Health/ and NC Department of Health and Human Services Human Services header I am guessing they changed it a while back. Should I use one citation or should use two?
