Rats-a-frats! I have a file from the late Lill Ann Parry dated 8/17/2002. Her Legacy file has an extension of .fdb but it gives me an error and says "try again?" Well, trying again doesn't work. As you can image, I really need this information.
I'm on a Dell desktop running Windows 7, the latest update to Legacy Deluxe 7.5 and have 279 GB available on my C drive. Any ideas? Oh yes. I also have Lill Ann's file on an old CD which I'm pretty sure is good but the file won't open there, either.
