I'm assuming that you copied the firle from the CD to your hard drive.
Files on CD are marked as 'read-only' because standard CD's can't be
written (only if CDRW media).  That property satys with the file when it's
copied to the hard drive.

Locate the .fdb file, right-click on it, select 'Properties' and ensure
'Read-only' is NOT checked.
