The Location List will print in the order that the Master Location List is sorted in.
The Location Report prints in order by city, county, state, country. You can access the Location List through the Master Location List - click on Options > Print, where you'll find both reports. Only the Location Report shows in the Books/Other tab of the Select a Report window.
