If one was to rename Legacy7Setup.exe to LegacyNew.exe you can direct
the install where you wish. I always install my Legacy to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Legacy7Beta
C:\Program Files (x86)\Legacy7GR

Further updates will find those locations just fine. If Legacy gives you
the option, then why does Legacy continue to force you to install it to
C:\ ?
