Mike, My scans are in the same place they have been,I am changing the name. In a persons source list, I have say xxxx marriage cert attached in the sources for name,birth,marriage. Then I change the name on the scan itself, to John Smith marriage cert, I get a question mark,(understandably). I then relink the newly named source in Birth, but name and marriage are still blank.
Oh boy, do I feel stupid, just realized, Legacy is looking for the same name and if I change it, how is Legacy supposed to know the name in each place I have it added as a source! I apologize to everybody for wasting there time, Ron and Mike, and thank you both for your efforts and patients! Guess my father was right about me being thick as Jersey mud!
