That's along the lines of one of the concepts I was trying to convey, when I
tried to say that there is a single copy of the folder name for an image, but
many references to that folder. Effectively, if you change a single reference
(the image name in your case), you're still left with all the other references.
However, changing the target of the reference involves a single change to a
single object with the effect of changing all the references at the same time.
