First of all, thank you to Mike and Sherry for your quick responses!! I guess it's a 'good news / bad news' kind of thing. The good news is that it doesn't sound like it 's my data that is 'glitched' (phew!!) which was really my main concern -- especially since my backups were getting the same results. I wasn't sure if I had somehow corrupted something in the data that was creating the problem with the features. However, so far the reset button is not doing a thing for me. As long as it's a program glitch I can live with that but having to close the program each time to reset the formatting is a pain. I'll check out the *.usr file as you suggested. Ah well, this is the first real problem I've had with Legacy all these years so I'll just work with it.
