I thought I remembered that we had discussed here before that Source
Pictures don't print well in Reports, so I just tried one this afternoon
to confirm my suspicions.

The picture I used was a Census that I hadn't re-sized at all.  Within
Legacy I can zoom way way in and it's still perfectly readable.  For the
Individual Report I sized it to 15cm width and it was too blurred to read.
