Hi all. I apologise if have got protocol wrong in my reply. (to make this reply look consistent, I have just copied and pasted subject and text I am replying to)
Doug wrote: I don't quite follow you. (Perhaps I need to look at the replies as well.) A Source is usually a statement attached to an individual. The document itself is a graphic, distinct from the source statement. The graphic isn't part of the Source statement; it is referred to. It is media, rather than a source. Or have I got it wrong? -------- Doug, You are correct in that a source is a statement attached to an individual. After reading you reply, I should clarify that I would like to print off individual "Source Citations" with their associated image, in a form that the image is readable, similar to Individual Reports. My reason for doing this, as a historian over the years I have used and stored data on 8", 5 1/4", 3 1/2" (I hope they are the correct size) discs which are now unreadable due to there being no such drives (other than 3 1/2"), and the only permanent stable product is paper. (and we shouldn't forget reel to reel, cassettes (all sizes) for recordings) If Legacy is unable to do this type of print, I will copy and paste the Source Citation from Legacy into a MS Doc and then paste the original image into that Document.
