Using v7.5, but not the latest update. Legacy will open with the flash screen and a blank Legacy screen behind the flash screen. Icons on the bar are blacked out except for the Internet icon and the Exit icon. Tried downloading and installing the latest version, but it will not open either.
I have been a deluxe user forever. Rarely have any problems at all. Now I'm getting an error 380. Ok, great and powerful users, any help appreciated. Oh, and if whether or not I need to uninstall, I have no idea what my customer number is so I can use Legacy deluxe again. Thanks all.. Sharon Happy 4th of July to all !!
