Thank you for all the support on uninstalling Legacy7.5. I just went ahead and deleted 7.5, then I did a registry clean, I hope that solves the problem. This does seem to be a problem with Legacy uninstall, otherwise Legacyfamilytree.com would not have a troubleshoot tutorial on site to walk you through the process. Judith
