I reported this to support last month. Initially it was suggested that as I was 
using Canadian date formatting this was the issue but upon further testing 
support could not duplicate the issue. It was then suggested to delete the 
person having the issue and then renter  the persons information. This was 
unacceptable to me as I would have to do this for quite a few individuals. I 
dropped the issue at this stage.Have a great day.
