Brian and Chris, I checked this out using the Sample.fdb and saw the same error. I went to my standby laptop which has 361 installed and the problem did not appear in the Sample.fdb. That is the only database available on that computer.
I went back to my working computer and saved my settings as user default. I then reset user settings to legacy default. Problem went away. I reloaded my user defaults and the problem is back. So now I need to see if I can find which setting is causing the problem. Any ideas are welcome. It is all. I normally type in a date as “10 May 2012” and there has been no problem until a few weeks ago. I also reported it as a problem and had a ticket assigned with a promise that they would get back to me “in a timely manner”. I am going back and recheck my customize settings and do a little more trouble shooting. Initially it was suggested that as I was using Canadian date formatting this was the issue but upon further testing support could not duplicate the issue. It was then suggested to delete the person having the issue and then renter the persons information. This was unacceptable to me as I would have to do this for quite a few individuals. I dropped the issue at this stage. Have a great day.
