Brian, It isn't the site that is causing the problem. What you need to do to check this out is simply choose a person with a birth and death date, highlight that person and click "Search the internet for current person" and look at the birth date and death date that is displayed. The first character of the date is missing. 1-20-2014 becomes -20-2014. When you click search, no matter which site your are going to, Legacy complains that the date is incorrect. It makes no difference whether you are using these dates or not. Legacy still complains. After it complains for each of the dates then it completes the search as normal. I don't believe this was a problem before the 361 build. Not sure of that.

Which site is causing you this problem? Have you reported this to support? We monitor this list but that is no guarantee that every problem mentioned here will be noticed. You should probably work with support on this one since they may need to see screen shots, copies of files etc. Brian Customer Support Millennia Corporation [email protected] http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
