Chris, I isn’t any one person in particular. It is all. I normally type in a date as “10 May 2012” and there has been no problem until a few weeks ago. I also reported it as a problem and had a ticket assigned with a promise that they would get back to me “in a timely manner”. I am going back and recheck my customize settings and do a little more trouble shooting.

Initially it was suggested that as I was using Canadian date formatting this was the issue but upon further testing support could not duplicate the issue. It was then suggested to delete the person having the issue and then renter the persons information. This was unacceptable to me as I would have to do this for quite a few individuals. I dropped the issue at this stage. Have a great day.
