Repeating, louder, an statement that was not understood when first stated does not make it more understandable.
The incomprehensible thing is why, when so many things are backed up with the Family File, when others applied to all Family Files are backed up, why are these very important files not backed up as a matter of course? Are setting options that apply to all Family Files not backed up when a Family File is backed up? They should be. These are important settings. It would behoove Legacy to provide a way to back them up conveniently, or at the very least have a warning box advising people to back them up - and which ones too. However, the USR files do contain family file peculiar settings. Why not back them up with the regular backup?Bobby Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
