I guess I had missed the "initial" title of the subject referencing v8 but my
response was to a message which did not differentiate (which is why we should
not be changing the name of the subject when posting a response). Obviously
there are some major differences between v7.5 and v8 not only in the code but
in the file structure. It makes me wonder just what percentage of all users
have actually switched to v8. I realize that a large portion of the users on
this board are posting questions and bug reports about v8 and I often wonder if
there should not be two separate forums, one for each version at least until
such a time as v7.5 has trailed off into the sunset. This is something I've
seen done on other software packages and their user forums. It just keeps all
the questions and comments separate from the different versions. It's probably
something that will never happen here but in the meanwhile those users that
have stuck with v7.5 until the dust settles with v8 will be confused (???) by
certain posts unless each post makes it clear that their comments are about v8.

I beg to differ. I installed Legacy without changing ANYTHING. It is a
straight forward standard Legacy install. That is where the installer placed
the files.

As the initial thread was titled "Custom Event Sentences in Legacy v8" it was
understood I was referring to V8.

V7 .usr files are in the Legacy folder in the root of the C drive, in a
standard installation.
