If you want to back up your *.usr files go to:
C:\Users\(USER)\Documents\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\Usr
and zip all of them into a single zip file.  I just did it and it took less 
than 30 seconds.  Name the file appropriately and store it with all you 
backups.  Very simple, Very fast.
